ADMISSION RULE

• Admission Process will be conducted in the First week of December
• As per the Court’s Order, no interviews can be conducted for admission, so students will be selected as per the draw of lots but complete transparency will be maintained.
• A final list of selected candidates will be put up on the notice board. Admission charges should be deposited on the same day lest the privilege is lost for getting admission in St.Thomas Senior Secondary School . The same cannot be challenged in any court of law
• Girls should wear divided skirts only and these should be up to knee length.
• After the school gets over school students must go straight for their homes immediately. No one should be seen loitering around the school.
• Keeping in view the safety of the students, under aged students are strictly forbidden to drive motorbikes specially bullet motor cycles and scooters to the school.
• Application for registration of only those children who attain a minimum age of 2 years 3 months & maximum of 3 years & 3 months on March 31. will be entertained.(Incomplete forms will not be accepted)
• In proof there to, it is mandatory on the part of parents to submit an attested photocopy of the date of birth certidicate from the Municipal Corporation & Aadhar Card (attested photocopy) Along with the registration from at the time of registration. However, please note that the Registration of a child does not guarantee admission.
• The children will be enrolled for registration from 21st nov. of the preceding year with a non-refundable Registration fee (which includes Prospectus, Admission from etc) of Rs. 700/- Per child

• Application for registration of only those children who attain a minimum age of 3 years 3 months & maximum of 4 years on march 31, will be entertained(Incomplete forms will summarily not be accepted).
• In Proof there to, it is mandatory on the part of parents to submit an attested photocopy of the date of birth certificate from the Municipal Corporation alongwith the Registration from for admission. However, Please note that the original date of birth certificate must be produced at the time of admission for verification perpose.
• Registraion of a child done not guarantee admission
• The children will be enrolled for registration from 1st Novemeber to 30th November of the preceding year with a non-refundable Registration Fee(which includes Prospectus,Admission from) of Rs.700/-child. Admission to LKG class will commence in the month o January on the dates notified. A final list of the eligile candidates will be decided by the Principal.
• The parents of the so decided eligible candidates will be informed through admission notice. The admission should be taken on the stipulated date and time lest the privilege is lost for getting admission in St.Thomas seniour Secondary School.The same cannot be challenged in any court of law.

• Subject to the availability of seats, admission to all other classes will be on the basis of written test.

• Student migrating from other schools must produce their transfer certificate, having D.O.B attested photocopy of aadhar card. Progress report and character certificate of their previous schools.
• Correct dat of birth is to be submitted at the time of admission
• It is prerogative of the principal to reject or grant admission to any class without assigning any reason to any application. Admission to St. Thomas Secondary School is a privilege and not a right
